Class information & Medical Waiver

Class description and exclusions

Physio Flow is an online exercise class led by HCPC registered Chartered Physiotherapist and qualified yoga teacher, Natasha Natrins. The class is aimed at people wishing to improve whole body strength, balance, mobility, and general fitness and wellbeing.

These benefits can support the prevention and management of common muscle and joint aches and pains, recovery from injury, and maintenance of overall health. However, the class may not be suitable for everyone.

Physio Flow is not suitable for people with:

  • acute, undiagnosed, or poorly managed pain, injury, or illness

  • conditions that may make exercise unsafe without individual assessment

  • pregnancy

Participants must be able to transfer on and off the floor independently. Sorry but chair-based classes are not currently offered.

Minimum participation age is 18.

UK Clients only due to professional registration limitations.

Nature of the class and your responsibility

Physio Flow is delivered in an online group format. While optional modifications are offered, exercises are not tailored to individuals.

You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and choosing appropriate modifications. You acknowledge that participation may be physically strenuous and that there is a risk of injury associated with physical activity.

During class you should modify, rest, or stop at any point if:

  • an exercise causes pain or injury

  • you feel unwell or dizzy

  • you experience mental or emotional distress

Please contact me after the class if you have any concerns.

Physio Flow classes are not a substitute for individual medical advice, assessment, or treatment. I do not provide individual physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, advice, or treatment within, or outside of these classes.

Online delivery and safety

As classes are delivered online, I may not be able to see or respond to all participants at all times.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • a safe, clear space to exercise

  • suitable equipment

  • a stable internet connection

I am not able to provide emergency medical assistance during online classes. If you feel unwell, you should stop exercising immediately and seek appropriate medical help.

Medical screening and ongoing responsibility

You must complete a medical history and consent form before attending your first class. This will be reviewed prior to participation.

If there are concerns regarding suitability, I may contact you for further information or advise against participation. I reserve the right to refuse or withdraw access to classes where participation is deemed unsafe.

You must inform me of any changes to your health, medical conditions, injuries, or medications. Medical forms are reviewed annually; however, responsibility for disclosure remains with you.

Please read the Privacy Policy for further details about how your personal and health data are used and stored, in line with GDPR regulations and my professional requirements as a physiotherapist and yoga teacher.

Please also read the Terms and Conditions, which includes our cancellation policy.
